Lead times vary depending on the complexity of the piece and our current workshop schedule. Typically, residential pieces take 4–6 weeks and commercial orders take 6–10 weeks. We’ll give you a clear timeline at the enquiry stage.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes. We deliver nationwide across the UK. For larger commercial orders, our team handles white-glove delivery and full installation on site.
Can I see and choose materials before ordering?
Absolutely. We can send out fabric and leather samples before you commit. We also have a materials library available to browse, and our team will guide you to the right choice for your space and use case.
What is the minimum order for commercial projects?
There’s no strict minimum – we work with venues of all sizes, from intimate restaurants to large hotel chains. Get in touch and we’ll advise on the best approach for your project.
What fabrics do you recommend for a busy restaurant?
For high-traffic commercial spaces, we recommend our contract-grade fabrics tested to 100,000+ rubs (Martindale test). These include stain-resistant velvets, faux leathers and Crib 5 fire-retardant options — all available in a wide range of colours and finishes..
