Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date stated in the Dispatch Confirmation, unless affected by an Event Outside Our Control (as defined in our Terms and Conditions).
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date due to an Event Outside Our Control, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible with a revised date.
Delivery is deemed completed when the products are delivered to the address provided by you at the time of order.
Responsibility and risk for the products pass to you once delivery has been completed.
All product prices are displayed on our website and include VAT (where applicable) at the prevailing rate in the United Kingdom.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be clearly stated at checkout and confirmed in your order summary.
Prices for products may change from time to time; however, such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation.
We take all reasonable care to ensure that prices displayed on our website are accurate at the time of publication.
Our website contains a wide range of products, and despite our best efforts, it is possible that some items may be incorrectly priced.
If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered:
We will inform you by email as soon as possible;
You will be given the option to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel the order;
We will not process your order until we receive your instructions.
If a pricing error is obvious, unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mispricing, we are not obliged to provide the products at the incorrect (lower) price.
If we are unable to contact you using the details provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing.
