Shipping and Pricing Terms

1. Delivery
- Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date stated in the Dispatch Confirmation, unless affected by an Event Outside Our Control (as defined in our Terms and Conditions).
- If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date due to an Event Outside Our Control, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible with a revised date.
- Delivery is deemed completed when the products are delivered to the address provided by you at the time of order.
- Responsibility and risk for the products pass to you once delivery has been completed.
2. Product Prices and Delivery Charges
- All product prices are displayed on our website and include VAT (where applicable) at the prevailing rate in the United Kingdom.
- Delivery charges, where applicable, will be clearly stated at checkout and confirmed in your order summary.
- Prices for products may change from time to time; however, such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation.
3. Pricing Accuracy
- We take all reasonable care to ensure that prices displayed on our website are accurate at the time of publication.
- Our website contains a wide range of products, and despite our best efforts, it is possible that some items may be incorrectly priced.
- If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered:
- We will inform you by email as soon as possible;
- You will be given the option to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel the order;
- We will not process your order until we receive your instructions.
4. Obvious Errors
- If a pricing error is obvious, unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mispricing, we are not obliged to provide the products at the incorrect (lower) price.
- If we are unable to contact you using the details provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing.
