- Lead Time: Our standard lead time for in-stock items is 6-8 weeks, as every piece goes through a final quality check before dispatch. For bespoke made-to-measure items, please allow 8-10 weeks.
- Delivery Process: Our two-person delivery team will bring the furniture into your chosen room. We recommend measuring your doorways and hallways before ordering to ensure smooth access.
- Returns: We want you to love your furniture. If you are not completely satisfied with a stock item, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Please note: Bespoke/Custom-made items are non-returnable unless faulty.

- Fabric & Velvet: Vacuum regularly with a soft brush attachment to remove dust. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth – do not rub.
- Faux Leather / Leather: Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soapy water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish.
- Wood Frames: Keep away from direct heat sources (like radiators) to prevent the wood from drying out.
- Cushions: Plump fibre-filled cushions weekly to maintain their shape and comfort.

The Bluelike Bench is handcrafted to order in our upholstery workshop in Oldham, United Kingdom by Leather Centre Furniture Ltd.
This design features a modern upholstered backrest with subtle vertical panel detailing and a smooth comfortable seat.
Each bench is built using a solid timber internal frame and high‑density upholstery foam for durability and everyday comfort.
