Payment & Installation Policy

At Leather Centre Furniture Ltd, we strive to ensure that your purchase experience is seamless from the moment you place your order until your new furniture is perfectly positioned in your home. Below are the details regarding our payment terms and installation services.

1. Payment Terms

  • Full Payment Required: As per our company policy, delivery and installation will take place only after full payment has been received and cleared. Payment must be confirmed before our team delivers the product or begins installation.
  • Deposits (if applicable): For bespoke or made-to-measure orders, a deposit may be required to commence production. The outstanding balance must be settled prior to the scheduled delivery date.
  • Late Payments: Failure to clear the balance on time may result in the delay of your delivery and installation slot.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We aim to make the payment process as convenient as possible. We accept the following methods:

  • Debit and Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard).
  • Bank Transfers (BACS). Please use your Order Number as the payment reference.
  • PayPal (subject to terms).

3. Preparing for Installation

To ensure a smooth installation process on the day of delivery, we kindly ask you to ensure the following:

  • Access: Please verify that there is clear access for our delivery team. It is the customer's responsibility to measure all entryways, hallways, staircases, and the final room to ensure the furniture will fit.
  • Clear Workspace: The area where the furniture is to be installed must be clear of existing furniture, breakables, and trip hazards. Our team cannot move your existing furniture or disconnect electrical equipment.
  • Flooring Protection: While our team takes great care, we recommend using protective coverings for delicate flooring in high-traffic areas during the installation.

4. The Installation Service

  • Our professional team will deliver your items to the room of your choice.
  • We will unpack, assemble (where required), and position the furniture exactly where you want it.
  • We will remove all packaging materials derived from our products, leaving your home clean and tidy.

5. Completion and Sign-off

  • Once installation is complete, you will be asked to inspect the furniture to ensure you are completely satisfied.
  • A signature will be required to confirm that the goods have been received in perfect condition and installed to your satisfaction.
