- Lead Time: Our standard lead time for in-stock items is 6-8 weeks, as every piece goes through a final quality check before dispatch. For bespoke made-to-measure items, please allow 8-10 weeks.
- Delivery Process: Our two-person delivery team will bring the furniture into your chosen room. We recommend measuring your doorways and hallways before ordering to ensure smooth access.
- Returns: We want you to love your furniture. If you are not completely satisfied with a stock item, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Please note: Bespoke/Custom-made items are non-returnable unless faulty.

- Fabric & Velvet: Vacuum regularly with a soft brush attachment to remove dust. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth – do not rub.
- Faux Leather / Leather: Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soapy water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish.
- Wood Frames: Keep away from direct heat sources (like radiators) to prevent the wood from drying out.
- Cushions: Plump fibre-filled cushions weekly to maintain their shape and comfort.

The sculpted curved backrest gently wraps around the sitter, creating a supportive and cosy seating experience. The raised metal legs give the chair a light, contemporary look while ensuring durability for commercial environments.
